Curry leafs is one of the most regular ingredient used in south India, mainly in every house of Andhra, it was a perfect blend of dry roasted curry leafs and some authentic indian spices, this podi comes out with coarsely grinding to keep its original flavours and homemade taste.

How to use
Can be served with hot cooked or steamed rice with ghee which improves more flavours  to recipe.
Mix 1-2 TSPS of karivepaku karam podi to your  plain buttermilk  which turns into masala buttermilk later serve it .
You can also add them to most of indian curries and tiffins.

How to store

• Store all podis in glass bottles or earthenware jars at all times.

• Refrigerate or store all podis in a cool, dry place.

• When serving, always use dry utensils.

• Should be kept in an airtight container and away from sunlight.
